This proposed mixed-use development consists of a four-story building featuring 63 residential units above 19,320 square feet of ground-floor commercial retail space, supported by a combination of surface and below-grade parking. By incorporating affordable housing units into the project program, the development was able to maximize the site's density and overall potential while delivering a vibrant, walkable environment that expands housing opportunities, activates the streetscape, and supports local economic growth.
