This project expanded an existing three-unit multifamily residential property through the addition of two Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The development maximized the site's housing capacity by converting the existing carport into a new dwelling unit and constructing a complementary two-story addition for the second ADU. The design integrates seamlessly with the existing building while increasing housing availability, enhancing property value, and making efficient use of underutilized space within the site.
