This multifamily infill housing project expanded an existing four-unit residential property by creating four detached Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) through the adaptive reuse of a portion of the existing garage and the addition of a new second story. The design maximized the site's development potential while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood, providing much-needed housing through a cost-effective and sustainable approach that leveraged existing structures and infrastructure.
