This project proposes the design and construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) vertically integrated above an existing unit within a multi-family residential property. The scope includes structural assessment and reinforcement of the existing building, development of a contemporary architectural addition that complements the current form, and integration of independent living amenities while maintaining overall site cohesion. The design prioritizes efficient use of space, natural light, privacy, and compliance with local zoning and building codes.
