This renovation project increases housing capacity within an existing multifamily residential property through the conversion of two underutilized garages into Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The project transforms existing structures into modern, self-contained residences while preserving the character of the property, providing additional housing opportunities and maximizing the efficient use of the site without expanding the building footprint.
