Flagler Lane is a multifamily residential repositioning project that enhances an existing four-unit apartment building through a comprehensive exterior renovation and the addition of three new Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The project increases the property’s housing capacity by converting the existing garage into residential living space and constructing a new two-story addition that integrates seamlessly with the renovated structure. Updated architectural finishes, landscaping, and site improvements modernize the building’s appearance while maximizing the use of the site and contributing much-needed housing within the existing urban neighborhood.
