​The proposed project consists of the construction of a new detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on an existing single-family residential property. The ADU is thoughtfully designed to complement the architectural character of the existing residence through the use of compatible materials, roof forms, and detailing while responding sensitively to the site's natural topography. The project preserves the property's residential character by integrating the new structure with enhanced landscaping, pedestrian pathways, and outdoor living areas, creating a cohesive and harmonious addition that blends seamlessly with the existing home and surrounding environment.
